In Hillsborough County the inventory of listed homes is at its lowest level in nearly 6 years, with less than a 5 month supply of homes listed for sale. And when distressed properties are removed from the equation, that number drops even further. What this means is that we are closer to a market that is even for buyers AND sellers. Prices of quality listings will be subject to price pressures. So when you combine interest rates and today's prices now is a great time to buy an affordable home. But these circumstances won't last forever!
