"Kathy Kemp is a wonderful real estate agent from Century 21 who found the perfect home for us and with whom we later became friends.  She understands the intricate process of a military move as she has been a military spouse for many years.  Because she and my husband and I were located in different states at the time, we did most of our search via email.  She was incredibly patient and helpful in the process.  Provided that military moves are usually sudden and allow a very short time frame, we had arranged a four day trip to Florida.  Two weekend days were designated for the viewing of the chosen and homes and making our decision.  The other two days was going to meetings with the mortgage company and insurance company.
